How long do I have to return my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Simply send an email with your cancellation notice to:

You can also use our sample cancellation form – but this is voluntary.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs .
We do not provide a return label.

When will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days .
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Will I get the shipping costs refunded?

The original shipping costs (shipping to you) will not be refunded . You will receive the value of the returned items .

What happens if the goods are used or damaged?

If an item shows signs of use or damage , compensation may be due or a refund may be excluded .

How can I order?

You can conveniently order via our online shop.
Place the desired items in your shopping cart and complete your order via the secure checkout process.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all common payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna).

Which shipping provider is used?

We ship exclusively with Hermes .
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track your package online.

Which countries do you ship to?

Deliveries are possible within Germany and to other EU countries .

How long does delivery take?

Germany: approx. 2–4 working days after receipt of payment
EU: approx. 5–10 working days after receipt of payment

For pre-orders, the delivery time may be longer – this will be indicated in the respective product description.

Will I receive shipment tracking information?

Yes. After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number .
